The data sheet has a place for all your relevant information and is easy to follow.

You can even add your photo by sending in a passport style photo and your MyMedic©™ data device with a self addressed stamped envelope to our tech department. They will scan you photo, add it to you file and send them both back to you. This service is free of charge.

Remember to write your name on the back of the MyMedic©™, Data Card as soon as you can.

We strongly recommend you backup this Data Card to your computer in case it is lost or damaged. This will allow you to download your data to a new MyMedic©™, Data Card if necessary.

The MyMedic©™ Data Card Emergency Information system can be read and updated on your home computer.

 The MyMedic™ Guard© and MyMedic™ Carrier© are digital USB personal Medical information devices, that combines your medical data and emergency contact information plus more. Just like the MyMedic™ Personal Medical Data Card, The MyMedic™ Guard and MyMedic™ Carrier enable medical personnel to see your medical needs and existing medical conditions.
