System Requirements:

Pc running Windows and Microsoft Excel or any program able to open Excel spread sheet.

We have made the MyMedic™ an auto load however not all computers use this function. If the MyMedic™ does not open on its own please follow the directions below.

For non Excel users, plug the MyMedic™ into usb slot. Click on start and choose My Computer. Once the window has loaded double click the usb drive from the list shown. Once the MyMedic™ file list has opened, click the data sheet and open it with you compatible program. Enter your data into the MyMedic™ form and click save. As you save you medical summery the following message may appear, select no as this will enable all versions of Excel to open the file.

To have you photo added to the file please send your MyMedic™ and a passport type photo along with a self addressed stamped envolope to our office. We will scan your photo add it to the file and send it back to you with your photo.
